When Lori was about 4 years old, she told us her first joke. "What did the Big Flower say to the Little Flower?" . . . "Hi bud!" She got such a kick out of telling that joke!
This big flower came to mind when I was doing the little fluffy flowers. Hmmm, I like it little, I'm sure I'll like it BIG! So this is about 12 layers of tissue cut using the Scallop Circle Die from Stampin' Up!. It's about 4" across. I attached to a gift bag but it would also work in place of a bow on a package.
